Development Log – June 2024: Level Exit System Implementation, Enhanced Gameplay Mechanics (Stun, Bullettime), AI Improvements, and Visual & Audio System Integration
Implemented a complete Level Exit system, introduced new gameplay mechanics including Stun State, Bullettime, and Near Miss, and integrated QuickSave functionality for Camp Mode. General AI, visual, and audio systems received enhancements, alongside significant code refactoring and resolution of various technical issues.
Development Log – May 2024: Weapon Action Workflow Refactor, Ability Cooldown System Implementation, AI Behavior Enhancements, and Cinematic Sequences
Refactored weapon action workflow to integrate new abilities, introduce dynamic stat influence, and implement ability cooldowns and limited use mechanics, enhancing tactical combat depth. Significant unit system refactoring, backend synchronization, and the addition of a functional Options Menu were also completed.
Development Log – April 2024: Quicksave System Implementation, Water Shader Integration, UI/UX Enhancements, and Core Gameplay Refinements
Gameplay mechanics were adjusted, introducing Quicksave functionality and resolving a cover mechanics issue. Visuals were enhanced with a new water shader, and the UI/UX was improved for clarity, alongside general performance optimizations.
